Summary[edit]
Taken from the website of the US Embassy in Lingshui, China (i kids you not). So assumably under US Government noncopyright. Or something. Probably alright, but who knows. Not sure if the kid himself has signed a model release form. And I certainly don't want him busting a cap in my ass because of this. In which case I didn't upload it (points) he did.
