If you've ever looked at recent changes, it's very likely that he's reverting vandalism, fixing up articles, or just plain welcoming new users. Any old user could accomplish these tasks, I guess, but the fact that Insinerate has done this for so long without official recognition made me nominate him today. Not to mention that he spearheaded the entire recent "Quoticide" campaign of purging just plain crappy quotes from pages, and is also one of the most active of all VFD frequenters.
