I'm having a problem with uploading a YouTube Video on here. I have some Ideas, but for some reason they don't work. Any help?

As a side note,
Does MrCleveland win the award for most forum posts without figuring out how to properly sign them? He's well into double digits and he hasn't managed to type two dashes and four tildes even ONCE! --
