Summary[edit]
This is not actually Ram Nath Kovind, the President of India. It is a caricature of comedian Phil Austin from the cover of the 1970 album Don't Crush That Dwarf, Hand Me the Pliers by the Firesign Theatre. But he looks vaguely Indian, and looks a lot like a Ram (because he was born under the fire sign Aries), so it will do. I airbrushed out caricatures of the other band members. The 51-year-old copyright may have expired, but to be on the safe side, I'll claim Fair Use.
