Turned off cascading protection

I was looking through a list of our cascade-protected pages and noticed this was cascade-protected: any page transcluding this page would also be protected, but not a page using the image itself. The previous admin's explanation was Cause.

I protected the file against uploads so I could turn cascade protection off. I think that's what the previous admins meant to do, is to stop more turds from replacing the signature button icon. Dark Web, White Hat (talk) 05:45, 28 January 2022 (UTC)

New rendition

The last time this image was updated was September of 2006, and that was reverting what I think to be well-constructed vandalism. Could you please update this image?
