We need to insure safety of the public to do that we shall now put surgeon general warnings on random pages

Just for future reference, you can use them fancy pants nowiki-tags next time to make it easier on yourself. It turns off auto-wiki-formatting for everything you put between the two bracket sets. (i dont know the fancy name for em, confoundit) Example: <nowiki> {{surgeongeneral}} </nowiki> --Anyone 20:51, 5 January 2007 (UTC)

You should be very glad that I'm not an admin, or else you'd have a one-week ban for template spamming, and userpage vandalization, and bringing up the idiotic premise that we should have a wiki with no admins. I created this template. I did not intend for people to use if for spamming purposes or to be just plain stupid. I created so it could be random and yes, I know there is very little humor in it. However, I only put this template on my user page and one article.

I do not approve of you taking credit for something you did not make. Even if you didn't say it, you could've said something to the people who said you did.

Do not put it on people's pages without permission and never take credit for something you didn't do, ever.

Feel free to place the blame on me, despite only creating the template and not using it for spam.
