Euroshmup[edit]
In this edit, I reverted an IP's attempt to add the word "European" (to form "European scrolling shooter"). I now have some doubts after thinking about what the IP was getting at.
The term "euroshmup" is fairly well established in the shmup community to refer to shoot-em-up games with slow movement and/or long lifebar and/or other similarities to works by European developers. How could we work this into the article? Possibly restore the word "European" but strike it out? --Pentium5dot1 t~^_^~c 04:23, August 20, 2012 (UTC)
