Ukraine[edit]

I always find great pleasure in discovering that my articles are closer to the truth than I realise. While I knew that Ukraine's winning entrant from a few years back, Ruslana, got involved in the Orange Revolution, I had no idea that music in Ukraine was as political as this when I created a pro-Russian Eurovision entrant. They'd already had one last year!

Is "ado" misspelled as "adieu" intentionally or not? I really can't tell! Spang talk 16:10, 21 May 2008

Oops. I'd always thought it was adieu. It's the sort of phrase that you never really see written down. -- 15Mickey20 (talk to Mickey)  13:23, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

this is awesome

however, more countries would be great

Nothing from the Dutch?[edit]

Did the Dutch not make the cut? 71.236.96.230 14:33, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

I did briefly consider making the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia entry Dutch. The pig roasting bit just sounded funnier to me in a a Dutch accent. However, the song was more reminiscent of the dramatic Balkan performance pieces. I don't feel there's any real defining characteristic about Dutch Eurovision entries to latch onto. If I was going to add more entries (although 10 is more than enough) there'd be a Greek party song or a rubbish piece of Spanish flamenco-pop. -- 15Mickey20 (talk to Mickey)  15:28, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

Poland[edit]

You forgot Poland...

It is not in Europe[edit]

Israel, luckily for europeans, ask palestinias for further information (if there is still someone alive)
