Ye, I'm explaining jokes, point-by-point fashion.
The first bit with the numbers parodies the Wikipedia page; he actually played the 6 and 12 string guitar, the 4 and 6 string bass guitar, the double-bass, the real keyboard and the violin. 'Violin' is misdirection, I thought it was time to bring the somewhat out-of-hand instrument multiplication back down to earth.
I deliberately made fun of the most sensible name of the lot, and also juxtaposed 'gothic' and 'goth'. I used almost every synonym for 'depressed' there is'. Misdirection again with 'the deaths of millions of bacteria'.
The image is pulled from real Wikipedia, and edited for text by me. I encourage you to read it full-size, there are some 'I' think are quite funny.
