Now cheer for {{Shortcuts}}!

I started from {{subst:tl:Shortcut}} to create {{Shortcuts}} and did NOT copy the source code of anything on Wikipedia. In the old {{Shortcut}}, you had to mark links and separate them with <br /> manually, but {{Shortcuts}} automates these tasks with up to 22 non-name parameters! {{Shortcut|[[UN:SC]]<br />[[UN:Short]]}} and {{Shortcuts|UN:SC|UN:Short}} do almost the same thing; It's a small change to make it simpler! Once every page using {{Shortcut}} switches to the {{Shortcuts}} syntax, {{Shortcut}} will become a redirect to {{Shortcuts}}.
