I have just read and edited this article. It's quite short at the moment and perhaps doesn't have enough in it yet. The introduction was okay. All in all there were a lot of untaken opportunities, some of which I took in my edit, such as making the article as racist as possible to the Irish. Some of your choices of words and turns of phrase contributed to humour, but as I said above, there were a lot of untaken opportunities in which to make jokes, and at times this reads like wikipedia's Poitin page, which I suppose it should do to an extent. Compare our revisions on the History page if you like, and replace some of my jokes, but whatever you do, make sure that there are jokes.
