When you talk about ze cheez you must realize what you are really talking about... with ze cheez there come some responsibilities that you must take into account and i will tell you about the 5 things you must watch out for, and they will be in ranking order of importance. 5, you may or may not get constipated it depends on how much you eat. 4, DO NOT EAT IF YOU ARE LACTOSE INTOLERATE. 3, If you experience dizziness when you consume consult a doctor as soon as possible. 2, Never EVER!!! eat cheese from Mexico. 1, Never take advise from a French Man.

Suggestion: How about add the (not famous but brilliant) equation devised by Albert Einstein:

which is actually:

translation: "Eat more cheese than you normally would"

Use the <ref> special identifier along the text. This way:

This is my text<ref>This is a reference</ref>. Text continues.

At the bottom of your article, add a reference section:

<references/>
