  1. Symbol for vote.svg For. I tidied this one up at the end of last month, rewrote some bits of it and trimmed out other bits I didn't think were much good. Reading it back I thought it could do with another go on here, it's last go being in 2007. Many of the jokes must be credited to TheLedBalloon.   1. Symbol against vote green.svg Slightly Against. Even though I agree that the cleaning-up was beneficial for the article, it is too short. I don't dislike it, but I am afraid it is not for the main page. The comedy themes are: "Reader's mom is fat and unattractive", "Reader's mom is average" , "Reader's mom acts against the norms of society" and "The reader him/herself is average" (an obvious conclusion, knowing the first three facts). This can easily be summarised by one sentence: "The reader and his mother are mediocre human beings". At the same time I found most of the jokes funny, so I think it's a decent page and I appreciate the work that went into this. Anton (talk) 17:16, April 23, 2014 (UTC)
