Rather than a block party featuring a bodacious barbecue, this was the scene after something-or-other crashed into Prince George's County home.

LANHAM, Maryland -- Prince George was unhurt after a plane crashed at his county home here on Sunday afternoon, according to officials.

His parents, Prince William and Duchess Catherine, told UnNews that the young royal was sleeping peacefully, as it was his nap-time. Mark Brady, a spokesman for fire and emergency services, said the plane struck the carport before safely breaking into pieces.

The six-year-old would own a county home in the U.S. state of Maryland presumably for easy access to any offshore bank accounts.

Updated. UnNews sub-editors — we still have a few, unlike some on-line newspapers — believe that what actually happened is that a small place crashed into the Prince's county home. Small places (such as "single-wides") can crash into homes from time to time, though usually during tornados and hurricanes, and the Eastern Seaboard was tranquil on Sunday afternoon. The vaunted New England Patriots defense did crash, and burn, against the pathetic (4-11) Miami Dolphins, but that was further up the coast.
